"On Easter Saturday, April 3rd, we held a reception for our daughters wedding at Windows on The Bay. Including the bridal party, we had 92 guests and served multiple courses, wine & beer. The function was supported by a live band. I consider myself to be at times, a critical person, and enjoy fine dining and good service. So it is with huge gratitude that I want to compliment the team at Windows On The Bay for a 100 out of 100 performance on Saturday.
Our experience from the early days, through to later months has been fantastic. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. I was actually surprised to find Ismini (function co-ordinator) at the venue on Saturday when we arrived, making sure everything was in order, and adding her personal touch of service. Simply outstanding!
On the night, David Munn and his team did an exemplary job. We had special dietary meals served without a hitch. The entire menu (minus one dish) was gluten free. Every mouthful was perfect, meal sizes plentiful, presentation perfect. The service by the staff was that of a fine dining restaurant, not usually experienced when dealing with a sizeable function.
